Not sure why name is showing Barbara. I'm not Barbara, but I've been going to Glenn's Auto Service for many many years and watched many improvements over the years including most recently leaving me chocolate chip cookies in my vehicle after completion of service. The friendly service keeps me returning.

I got my catalytic converter stolen about two months ago. I had to think fast because the tow truck was coming so I googled the nearest mechanic and Glenn's Auto came up with great reviews so I took my truck there instead of my regular mechanic near DTLA since we would've been stuck in morning traffic. God was looking out for me because everyone at this place was honest, friendly, and more than anything extremely helpful. I don't leave reviews but this has been weighing on my mind that I have to do this because this ordeal was kinda really simple thanks to them. My truck runs fantastic and I have had no issues with it since. They even put a chain like apparatus around the converter so it'd be extremely hard for a thief to steal it again. So, now I'm obligated to get my truck serviced here from now on because I know I'm in good hands and they work really fast.

Catalytic converter theft is a huge problem that cost individuals and insurance companies 10's of thousands of dollars each year. You made the right choice by having a catalytic converter theft deterrent system installed on your Toyota. We look forward to seeing you in the future for all your service and repair needs.
