I took my 2004 Toyota Highlander to get checked at a toyota service center for a rattling noise coming from the engine bay. It took them two days and they did not check the vehicle properly not could they identify the problem. I stopped by Glenn's out of frustration to see if I could get an appointment at least to get my car inspected. Not only did they give me a full proper inspection with images and recommendations for all the areas they checked but they did me the favor of doing a quick inspection to ensure my car was safe to drive due to my concern regarding the noise from the engine bay. If you are looking for your car to be properly taken care of this is the place to go.

I was on a road trip from Washington to LA along the coast. Unfortunately during my drive down I could tell something was wrong and my car was getting no power (despite having it checked before I left). I spoke with Jason at Glenn's and they were able to get my car in immediately when I got into town. The diagnostic was completed before the end of business that day and my car needed a new catalytic converter. I had my estimate the following morning, and my car back the day after that. I really appreciate them accommodating my time constraint as I only had 3 days before I had to start driving back to Washington. The drive back was wonderful and the car ran great!!!

This place was amazing. The customer service was very good. I came in as a walk-in and they were able to help me. I am very thankful for their help. Highly recommend.
