I was recommended that these guys were good...this was after I already had a good experience. I needed to replace a part to pass a smog test...went to another shop up the street who recommended I buy the part and come back...which I did...when I came back right away, they said to come back at 4pm and that they needed to let the car cool before installing so it will take 2 hours. On my way home, I just thought I'd stop and ask to compare prices...these guys beat the guys up the street by 20 bucks and laughed at the idea of waiting for it to cool off and said they can do it within the hour. Of course, I choose to go with them...and while waiting, I got a call from my jewelry store that I manage becuase we just got robbed...told them I would be there asap, my car was up in the air being repaired...they had the job complete within 25 minutes when the other guys told me 2 hours.. and I was able to rush back to work and take care of a crazy problem. My friend who recommended these guys said they are good honest people who won't overcharge you and get the job done...and I had already experienced exactly that. Thanks for fixing my car. I salute you.

These guys are the most honest, detailed and best mechanics I've ever known. They understand the consumer doesn't always know or understand the what, why and how when it comes to cars but these guys help you understand and always keep it affordable. I dropped the car off for what I thought was a a pretty complicated problem. The estimate was about $1200 and I wasn't sure I wanted to pay that much for a repair. But I was in between a rock and a hard place. Mike told me that it might be less, but shouldn't be any more than that. He told me exactly what they were going to do, including supplies, and the whatnots. He said it should be done by Thursday, but on Friday morning he called to let me know it was done. When they tell you it might be less, you always hope for it, but doesn't usually happen. but in this case, it happened. They got the broken piece out of the oil pump and saved me more than $350. They cleaned up the engine and make it look new again. This was my first experience at Glenn's. But everyone is always looking for a good, honest mechanical facility that does good work and it looks like I have found one!

This is way past due but I literally made a Yelp account just so I could rate this company even though I can see they have no problem getting 5 stars! Anyway my situation happened months ago, maybe even a year ago. I'm a girl who knows nothing about cars and if the owner really wanted to, he could have made about $3,000 from me. I don't know the exact terminology of what was wrong with my car but definitely would have cost me thousands of dollars. Glenn was so honest, kind, and helpful. Before even looking into his own prices he researched the problem for me and discovered that the broken piece was still under my warranty! Of course I didn't know that because I'm a chick and know nothing about cars. But he took the time to explain to me what to do, basically said "Tell them it's still under your warranty and they'll look it up. Don't tell them "xyz" because they might think it's your fault but tell them this." During this time, I took it upon myself to research what else was on my warranty and found out I could get a paint job done too! I saved over $5,000 and paid nothing thanks to Glenn for telling me what to do and what to look for. These people are amazing, honest and know their stuff and I really hope they are getting the credit they deserve!

I had a great experience. There customer service was wonderful. I was looking for a AAA approved mechanic and this place was just around the corner from where I live. I purchased a car battery from AAA. I had that battery for Less than a year and it gave up on me while the car was parked. (No I did not leave any lights on) Let me just say that these batteries are the worst! I went to Glenn's to go exchange that awful battery. I appreciated the guy's upfront honesty. There is nothing better than great service, reasonable prices, and upfront honesty. I will gladly be back to service my car in the future. I have had my battery for a year now and its still good. The guy at Glenn's informed me that AAA sales one of the worst batteries. They are not meant for long term. Ugggh that's annoying. Im just glad that the problem was just the battery. They did not try to cross sell or up sell me anything I didn't need.
