I was recommended that these guys were good...this was after I already had a good experience. I needed to replace a part to pass a smog test...went to another shop up the street who recommended I buy the part and come back...which I did...when I came back right away, they said to come back at 4pm and that they needed to let the car cool before installing so it will take 2 hours. On my way home, I just thought I'd stop and ask to compare prices...these guys beat the guys up the street by 20 bucks and laughed at the idea of waiting for it to cool off and said they can do it within the hour. Of course, I choose to go with them...and while waiting, I got a call from my jewelry store that I manage becuase we just got robbed...told them I would be there asap, my car was up in the air being repaired...they had the job complete within 25 minutes when the other guys told me 2 hours.. and I was able to rush back to work and take care of a crazy problem. My friend who recommended these guys said they are good honest people who won't overcharge you and get the job done...and I had already experienced exactly that. Thanks for fixing my car. I salute you.

I dropped the car off for what I thought was a a pretty complicated problem. The estimate was about $1200 and I wasn't sure I wanted to pay that much for a repair. But I was in between a rock and a hard place. Mike told me that it might be less, but shouldn't be any more than that. He told me exactly what they were going to do, including supplies, and the whatnots. He said it should be done by Thursday, but on Friday morning he called to let me know it was done. When they tell you it might be less, you always hope for it, but doesn't usually happen. but in this case, it happened. They got the broken piece out of the oil pump and saved me more than $350. They cleaned up the engine and make it look new again. This was my first experience at Glenn's. But everyone is always looking for a good, honest mechanical facility that does good work and it looks like I have found one!
