In my opinion, the two most important attributes for a great auto service shop are competency and honesty. Glenn's Auto Service is a shining example of both of these attributes, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I live in Boise, ID. My mother lives nearby the shop. She has a '99 Toyota Camry, which I helped her buy about 5-ish years ago. When she moved (back) to California, we knew that she would need a mechanic she can trust to help keep her car running well over the next 10-20 years. I also told her that I would pay for any maintenance that the car would need. I am SO fortunate that she was referred to the folks at Glenn's Auto. They have taken amazing care of my mother -- the customer service is top-notch -- and they have taken amazing care of her car. They have made a potentially difficult process seem so easy. The communication has been clear, honest, and frank. I am so appreciative of how they conduct their business. I am not typically the guy who writes many reviews, but when the experience with a business is as good as this, it is important to speak up. I highly recommend Glenn's Auto for all automotive service needs.
