I returned from vacation with check engine light, and skid light, rough riding vehicle, I phoned Misty at Glen’s auto, and after describing the problem, one of the questions asked was is this my primary vehicle, followed up with scheduling me. Upon arriving, Mike asked me a few questions, explained the expectations. Upon the findings, Mike explained what was required. I received a call letting me know it would be less expensive than quoted due to their findings. From the friendly receptionist who takes my call and really work with my schedule, to the awesome on-line detailed report they’ve sent in the past, including photos of what needs attention.
