My new place! Goodbye Lexus dealers! I went for an oil change and included was a tire rotation and a multi point inspection and all for such a reasonable price! My husband took my car in for me and because of the rain he noticed that my windshield wipers were a little off and thought to himself they would need to be replaced soon. Sure enough when doing the inspection Glenn's caught it and they replaced my windshield wipers as well....super reasonable too! They were fast, efficient and very professional! Their first priority is obviously the customer and it is greatly appreciated!

They evaluated my car and told me I needed my transmission rebuilt. It was too expensive to have it done there, so I had a JDM transmission installed in my Subaru at a nearby location. Glenn's was nice enough not to charge me for the evaluation. I would go back.

Please disregard my review, I have never visited Glenn's. GPS marked Glenn's when in fact, I was at the shop two buildings to the north. Sorry, Glenn for the misunderstanding. I will give you 5 stars, even though i have not yet had the privilege to be a customer. --------- I needed a smog test and they sent me to someone else. However, they have taken care of me in the past.

Hello Frank. First off I’d like to say thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I am however confused. I do not have your name in our service records so I’m not sure if the review was supposed to be for Glenn's Auto or not. We generally don’t send customers away for smog inspections unless the vehicle is older than a 2000 model here which we can no longer smog these days. If something needs to be cleared up on our end, feel free to call and discuss this with Mike. We would be happy to help sort out any confusion.
